Continous-motion packing machine

Our latest-generation continuous motion packaging machine reaches speeds of 60 to up to 80 bags per minute, compared to intermittent motion automatic packaging machines which average 25–30 bags per minute.

The continuous motion packaging machine can be configured with either a multihead combination weigher or a volumetric dosing system. Multihead weighers are available in various head configurations, most commonly with 10 or 14 weighing heads. Increasing the number of weighing heads accelerates the dosing process while maintaining high accuracy. The combination weigher is mounted on a heavy-duty support platform above the packaging machine, ensuring easy access and cleaning.

• Granular & dry goods (e.g., coffee beans, rice, sugar)

• Frozen foods

• Granules & bulk products

The continuous motion machine forms pillow bags directly from rolled flat film, which are then filled with product via the dosing system (multihead weigher or volumetric feeder).

The bags are coded using an integrated thermal transfer ribbon printer and sealed via longitudinal and transverse heating jaws.

Machine operation is managed via an intuitive touchscreen interface (HMI), allowing operators to easily and quickly configure production parameters. This minimizes human error and optimizes throughput. The machine is driven by a PLC system, with main moving components powered by high-precision servomotors and pneumatic components.

All our packaging machines and auxiliary equipment are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel to ensure long-term durability and easy washdown.
