Our semi-automatic bag filling machines are specifically designed for clients who do not require the high output capacity of a fully automated VFFS packaging system, but still demand high dosing precision and simple, intuitive operation.
The bag filler is an ideal solution for small-batch and short-run production. Featuring an easy-clean design, the machine enables fast product changeovers, making it highly versatile for processing multiple different products within a short timeframe.
The bag filling machine operates on a semi-automatic basis: while the dosing unit automatically weighs the preset target weight into the weigh hopper, the operator manually places the pre-made pouch under the discharge chute and triggers the dispensing cycle via a foot pedal switch.
Once the weigh hopper is discharged, the dosing unit automatically dispenses the next set weight into the hopper and remains on standby until the next discharge signal.
The bag filler can be equipped with either a vibratory feeder tray or a screw (auger) feeder, both utilizing a precision weigh hopper for accurate dosing:
Vibratory Dosing Tray: Ideal for dosing dry pasta, chips, snacks, and various granular products.
Screw Feeder: Recommended for powdered products such as flour mixes, fine powders, and small seeds.
Optional Accessories for the Bag Filling Machine:
Belt Feeding Conveyor: For continuous bulk material supply to the feeder.
Screw Feeding Conveyor: For automated overhead powder feeding.
