Our packaging machines are fully automated systems consisting of two main assemblies: the vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) base machine and the dosing system responsible for product weighing and feeding.
The base unit forms the bag directly from flat roll stock film, which is then sealed along all four edges by a multi-axis sealing system. The integrated dosing unit accurately measures the target weight and discharges the product into the formed bag, which is subsequently sealed and separated.
Operation is straightforward via an intuitive touchscreen interface (HMI). Powered by a programmable logic controller (PLC), operational parameters can be configured quickly and easily, minimizing set-up times. The entire packaging line requires only 1–2 operators to monitor and run efficiently.
The base packaging unit, dosing systems, and all optional auxiliary equipment comply fully with strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) food safety guidelines. Constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel, all components feature a sanitary design for quick and easy washdown.
Dosing systems are selected based on the specific product characteristics. Each specialized feeder type is designed for maximum efficiency with its corresponding product class, offering reliable, high-precision dosing and stepless electronic adjustment.
Dosing systems
Linear Weigh Doser: Available in 2, 3, or 4 weigh-head configurations. Primarily designed for portioning bulk piece goods such as chips, dry pasta, and granular materials.
Volumetric Cup Doser: Specifically engineered for fast, uniform dispensing of fine granular and small-grain products (e.g., rice, chia seeds).
Powder Screw Filler: Ideal for high-precision volumetric dispensing of powdered products such as flour, powdered sugar, milk powder, and spices.
Multihead Weigher: Delivers significantly higher speed and accuracy compared to standard linear weighers, while handling a much broader product range. A multihead weigher can effectively replace both conventional linear weighers and volumetric cup dosers.
